Returns & Exchanges

At Desibox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligible Products

Items must be returned in new condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food or grocery items)
  • Opened consumables
  • Customized or personalized products

All returns must be sent via an approved drop-off location.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
